Mr Martin Coggon
Public Governor - North Wales
Martin is orginially from South Yorkshire and worked in Industrial Sales before joining the Royal Air Force in 1974.
Martin served 31 years in the RAF and spent 17 of those years overseas on posting or detachment. He served in the Falklands, Cyrpus, Western Europe and the Gulf twice, and spent the last 10 years of his careeer in NATO staff appointments. He retired in late 2004 settling in North Wales.
He become involved with RJAH when he joined the Corwen brance of the RJAH League of Friends in 2005. He attended Branch and Liaison meeting and supported at the League of Friends Annual Fete strengthened his belief in the work, capability and reputation of the Trust. Martins wife is now the Chair of the Corwen Branch and he assists her as Secretary.
Martin enjoys choral singing, being the Chair of the local retired businesspersons Luncheon Club and travelling.
He fully supports the iniatives and work of RJAH. He looks forward to working with the Trust for a long time.
