Care Quality Comission Inspection

We were recently rated 'Good' overall by the CQC and 'Outstanding' for caring following an inspection back in November 2018.

The report highlighted many examples of outstanding practice - especially across our medicine division and children and young people services.

NHS Staff Survey 2018

Our Staff Survey results show that we have the best morale score in the country, and we're up there as one of the best Trusts for quality of care and staff engagement.

Career Development

Professional development within our teams is also a high priority, and we can help you grow a successful career.

Newly-qualified nurses

Any newly-qualified members of our nursing teams will have the opportunity to join our 12 month preceptorship programme. This programme is led by Practice Development Sister Karin Evans and aims to support newly-qualified nurses through transition from student to practitioner.

Healthcare professionals

We also support a wide variety of post graduate modules, at Masters and degree level, such as orthopaedic practice and the spinal injury course. There are a wealth of other courses to support you in clinical practice and build your career.
