Midland Centre for Spinal Injuries

The Midland Centre for Spinal Injuries (MCSI) is dedicated to supporting patients with the management, rehabilitation and reintegration following a spinal cord injury.

Our dedicated nurses on MCSI educate, empower and enable patients in their care, assisting them to maximise their rehabilitation outcomes.

The centre cares for both male and female patients and is made up of a dedicated Outpatients department, Wrekin Ward - a 15-bedded ward which looks after patients in the acute phase following their injury - and Gladstone Ward - the 29-bedded rehabilitation ward.
